CCMP (Customer Care Monitoring Pro) monitors the conversations and performances of people working in contact centers based on data and actual (real time) listening. A human force that uses new technology at its maximum potential. It's their power combo service. A combo that needs to be embraced in the way the brand expresses itself. They reached out to MAKEOUT to create a strong brand strategy which had to be translated into an ditto visual identity.
The brand needed to express its innovative attribute as a clear differentiator compared to others on the market. That’s one of the reasons we introduced a 3D-style that was embedded in the logo, which is build up from multiple C’s varying in length. All referring the data bars you can derive when working with CCMP.
We made it all in animation to show the data is in real time and therefor is always changing. This all comes together in the branding and visually highlights the core of the brand.
