Tooku is a travel agency specialising in luxury travel experiences. When COVID put the planes back on the ground and the world in lockdown, Tooku reached out to rejuvenate its brand. Together with their internal marketing team and travel experts, we redefined what it means to travel beyond the horizon and what really defines Tooku

To set Tooku apart from all other travel agencies, we defined a storytelling strategy and narratives that could create a travellers-first story that captivates the world of Tooku.
Tooku stands for unforgettable travel experiences that are truly different from the average package deal. Their team consists of travel experts who really indulge themselves in their destinations. They discover and curate their own travel gems, get connected with locals and even get tricked into tourist traps in the country of their expertise. All are in search of unique travel experiences and memories that can't be found in typical guides or ratings.
These unique, often tailor-made experiences constitute the DNA of Tooku getaways and form the common thread throughout our brand narrative: #mytookumoment. A brand narrative that is created by their customers and is proudly used as a creative platform throughout the brand identity.
To create a visual consistency throughout the entire identity, we created a flexible design system that emphasised unforgettable memories shared by #mytookumoment. This involved the Tooku icon as a visual baseline and passport-like stamp and authentic imagery -created by their customers- that goes beyond provided images by tourism offices.
A brand storytelling identity ready to reach out to holidaymakers and experience seekers once borders opened again.
