THE ANGLE

We take the viewer on a bird's eye journey through the history of 't Werftje and its most iconic dishes. With the owner as the narrator, we start from the origin of how grandma and grandpa of the Vandersnick family laid the foundation of their iconic shrimp croquette to the purchase of the location in the harbour. The viewer joins us on the boat where shrimp fishing is captured and travels with us to France, where the seafood and vegetables are grown, to the fishing ground where we catch sea bass.
